Novel for Men is just wrapping up at Avion. Director Tomáš Bařina and DoP Tomáš Sysel, create this film from Famous author Michael Viewegh who for the first time fills the role of Screenwriter on this film. Novel for Men is another film to have been shot on RED and completed at Avion, where we managed the RED Data throughout the project, hosted the offline edit, and completed the online titling and grading before delivering classic film outs, and Digital cinema masters. About 20 VFX shots were handled by Jiří and the VFX team with grading completed in our theatre suite on Pablo by Geoffrey.
The movie itself is a serious, but fresh and comic story of three siblings leaving on a traditional trip to mountains. Of course there are complications as we get a story of their lives together since early childhood until late adulthood. Novel for Men premieres in September 2010 – check it out!
